I currently teach online classes for north London based charity Healthy Generations and in person classes at Brewer Street Yoga in Soho/ London.
Sleep yoga (online)
Mondays (every first, third and fifth Monday of the month) | 7:30-8:30pm
A gentle combination of down regulating breath work and guided meditation to relax body and mind before bedtime, all in the comfort of your own space. (suggested donation to Healthy Generation £3)
“ I’ve been doing the sleep yoga classes with Peter for a few months now, and really look forward to them. Peter is a wonderful teacher, always calm, patient & gentle. His instructions are clear and easy to follow, and his voice helps lead you to a deeply relaxed state. A beautiful way to end the day! “
Body Breathing (online)
Thursdays | 11 am - 12 pm
This class is designed for people with life limiting conditions (eg Parkinsons, MS and long Covid) using a combination of breath work (pranayama) and a gentle mindfulness movement practice. A great way to take a well deserved break from your daily routine and check in yourself and come into deep rest and ‘oil up’ your joints at the same time. (suggested donation to Healthy Generation £3)
Level One yoga (in person)
Fridays 3pm -4:15pm
“Ideal for beginners, this is an accessible Hatha Yoga class taught at a steady pace. It’s a playful and welcoming class, perfect for your first time, but also ideal for experienced yogis who are looking for an opportunity to reconnect with the fundamentals of yoga and test themselves too.
This style of yoga focuses on individual postures, with a moment between each to reset. Each posture is cued and demonstrated in clear detail, so you know exactly what you're supposed to be feeling, and where, and Peter offers lots of variations to accommodate all body types.
This class will build technique, balance and strength. It will allow you to experience what simple Asanas (postures) have to offer and how those poses benefit your body and mind. Peter offers helpful and sensitive adjustments for those who want them (consent is always requested before any adjustment), whilst keeping a close eye on everyone in the room and offering individual feedback to ensure everyone is working to the best of their abilities.
No prior experience is necessary, and the class is friendly and fun.”
Gentlemen’s nude yoga (in person)
Fridays 5 - 6:15am
“A more chilled out naked yoga class, perfect for beginners to gain their first experience of naked yoga, but also great for more advanced practitioners who like to socialise on the mat as well as off the mat. In this class you'll work to gain a deeper experience of the mind/body connection, with Peter guiding you expertly into shapes that you'll experience from the inside as well as appreciate from the outside.
The class includes some partner yoga and mindful somatic (connecting body and mind) and tantra practice and may include touch as a therapeutic tool, for example resting your hand on a partner's chest as he rests his hand on yours to create a deeper connection during a shared breathing exercise. You will need to be comfortable with touching and being touched by other men in a non-sexual way. Please note that this is not couples yoga. If you attend as a couple you will be expected to work with the other men in the room.
This class is designed to compliment Partner Chill, which follows shortly after, and so by doing both classes it's a great way to spend your evening naked and in the company of like-minded guys!”
Gentlemen’s nude yoga workshop (in person)
Sunday (every third Sunday of the month) 1 - 3:30 pm
In the 2.5 hour workshop format we stay longer in tantric practice and go deeper into blissful connection. This is a safe space to step out of the ‘normal’ outside world often dominated by the neo liberal capitalist society that we live in which focuses on doing (achieving, producing, consuming) rather than being (often labeled as something shameful like lazy and unproductive). In the workshop we have more time to explore and experience to be of service to someone without asking for anything back and to receive unconditionally. We are often so conditioned to be the realm of preference (what do I get out of it) that we loose track on nuances of our being. The Gentlemen’s nude yoga workshop is a space to step out of the outside armour and experience your true being.
Men's Naked Yoga - Partner Chill (in person)
Fridays 7 - 8:15 pm
Peter teaches this class once (sometimes twice) a month. Please check the schedule to see which teacher is on.
“Friday night is chillout night... join one of BSYs amazing teachers for a relaxing and playful class that is all about partner poses (no need to bring a partner, your teacher will pair you up for those poses and you'll work with various partners appropriate to your height/weight/build) and held shared stretches to work out the tensions of the week and prepare you for the weekend. Please note that this is not couples yoga. If you attend as a couple you will be expected to work with the other men in the room.
This class is perfect as an introduction to yoga or if you have an existing practice but want an opportunity to get a different perspective on familiar poses. You'll explore mutual trust and shared responsibility as you work together with a second yogi, not just on making fun shapes and deepening your physical practice, but also on synchronising your mind and breathing.
Like all our naked classes, this session is not about intimacy and there are no 'sensual' type exercises, though partner work necessitates physical contact with others and you will need to be comfortable with touching and being touched by other men in a non-sexual way.
If you're keen to spend your whole Friday evening in the company of other like-minded guys, why not consider 'doing the double' and joining Peter at 5pm for Gentle-Men's Nude Yoga?
Note that this class is taught by a different teacher each week: you'll see who's teaching a particular class when you book your space on Gymcatch”
Weekend Warrior (in person)
Fridays 7 - 8:15 pm
Peter teaches this class once (sometimes twice) a month. Please check the schedule to see which teacher is on.
“Our flagship and one of our most popular classes, this Sunday Morning Special showcases a selection of your favourite BSY teachers on rotation, and the occasional very special guest teacher! Regardless of who's teaching, the class will feature a series of poses to energise and inspire, rejuvenate and uplift, and may include some accessible flowing sequences as well as some simple breathing exercises.
It's a celebration of our wonderful naked yoga family and, as each week will be led by a different teacher, you'll taste a different flavour of yoga each week, with each bringing their own ideas, strengths, and unique teaching style to the class. It's a social class, and a group of students often go for brunch or coffee afterwards.
Note that this class is taught by a different teacher each week: you'll see who's teaching a particular class when you book your space on gymcatch.”

Tantric Touch
I started teaching gentlemen's nude yoga class in 2023 and introduced the monthly workshops in 2024. I wanted to create a class that focuses on offering a safe space to explore ritualised sensual non sexual tantric touch. The recent pandemic amplified mental health issues such as loneliness and isolation particularly in the lgbtq community. Nudity and touch is often reduced to sexual transactions in the mainstream perception ignoring the natural need of intimacy, sensuality and basic human physical connection. What if we had a space to explore touch that can be healing and may be arousing at the same time without it being sexual. In the current youth focused culture of hook up apps (sometimes in combination with substance abuse) often leaves people depleted. The gentlemen's nude yoga classes and workshops offer an alternative way to interact with other like minded guys of all walks of life to allow yourself to become wondrous and maybe surprise yourself.
1 : 1 Session
Bespoke Practice
As an artist and designer, I have firsthand experience of the anxiety and stresses associated with the instability of being a self-employed creative. I have been exposed to concerns around irregular income and self-confidence, which have manifested in different ways (e.g., addiction and depression) and have applied the tools I learned through yoga practice to help me deal with difficult situations throughout my life.
Through my practice, I aim to share my experience and knowledge in a caring and supportive framework that enables all participants to feel comfortable and included (and sometimes challenged!). As both a member of the LGBT+ and ethnic minority communities, I am also very keen that yoga, tantra and meditation classes provide an inclusive environment for everyone.
1:1 sessions provide a great opportunity to focus on what you would like to get out of the practice. My teaching is an amalgamation of different yoga, meditation and tantric practices (including sacred intimacy). Depending on your intention I can offer a unique experience to support you in your somatic healing journey.
1:1 sessions can take place in person at my studio in Seven Sisters/ north London, Brewer Street Yoga/ Soho or via Zoom online.
Feel free to reach out for any queries and prices.
My Practice
I have been practising various traditions of yoga and meditation for over two decades, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra, Buddhist meditation, active imagination (after Carl Jung) and tantra. The core of my teaching is based on somatic yoga, a trauma informed yoga practice with a focus on your inner experience as you move and expand your internal awareness. I did my main yoga teacher training with yogacampus and many additional courses including yoga for palliative care, yoga nidra (guided meditation).
I thank all my yoga teachers that I have practiced and trained with in particular Nova Milesko (vinyasa yoga), Susanne Lahusen (somatic yoga) and Hamish Hendry/ Louise Newton (classic Ashtanga yoga shala). I also thank my tantra teachers Andy Butterfield (shiatsu yogi), Ingo and Jason Tantra (T4GM) and Marc Perides (orgasmic shaman).
1-1 Reviews
“I highly recommend 8th Sister Yoga. I had a 1-1 session with Peter which was amazing. He made me feel completely at ease, tailored the session to my needs and changed the direction of the session intuitively when he could sense my environment was impacting my focus. He approaches it holistically and is clearly very experienced in many techniques and practices. I enjoyed it immensely and slept so well that evening. I’m looking forward to joining his group classes going forward.”

“I have been having 1-1 yoga classes with Peter on a weekly basis for over a year, and it has been a vital contributor to my rehabilitation, both mental and physical. The meditation part of the practice gave me calm in what was an emotional turbulent time, and the physical part returned control of my body to me. Since the sessions were personal, Peter would adapt each to my state at the time, while still gently pushing me to the edge of my ability. For this reason the yoga sessions were always enjoyable and rewarding. I cannot recommend Peter enough.”

Tantra Reviews
“Peter introduced me to tantric touch gracefully, while answering my questions along the way. I was very new to the practice but have always loved body-body connection, communication through movement and breath work. In a 1:1 session we traced some of the common elements across disciplines and explored coordinated touch and breathing, through the lens of consent. His approach is kind, accepting, welcoming and professional, and informed by his knowledge of yoga and meditation. I look forward to practicing tantric touch further.”

“I was a new member of the naked men’s yoga group. Upon arriving I was welcomed by Peter and inducted into the space. I took off my shoes and was shown where the toilet is, where I could undress and where I could fill my bottle with water. The group was already naked and placed on provided mats and cushions. I arrived in good time and would advise this to feel at ease. The 75 min session consisted of partner work where introduction, touch and trust are established. As a group of 12/14, activities with partners lasted 3-4 mins after which a partner-switch happened, introducing you with many different types of people during the entire session. Activities were posture and breathing focused. Eye-contact, noticing and touch were used to great effect to connect with each partner. As some touches were sensual I did get an erection from time to time but that was ok. Our guide Peter established the space as a place where this can happen but with the stipulation that It not lead to further sexual situation within this space. The session ended with me feeling rested, connected and feeling hungry for more touches. A further session was in place in the following half an hour to continue if you wanted but I had a prior engagement.”

Group Class Reviews
“I have been practising yoga with Peter for almost a year now. He has a great way about him and I always find myself feeling re-energised and balanced again after his class. I like how he combines the spiritual with the physical, concentrating on particular poses each week depending on the weekly theme he gets us to focus on. All of this has really helped me over lockdown. ”

“I feel so lucky to have joined Peter's Sunday morning classes at Clissold Park! The classes are planned carefully: the flow builds up slowly but steadily, Peter's soothing voice guides you through the poses and the practice ends with a meditation leaving you calm and energised. I started as an absolute beginner but week after week I improved my confidence thanks to Peter.”
