The core of my teaching is based on somatic yoga, a trauma informed yoga practice with a focus on your inner experience as you move and expand your internal awareness. I did my main yoga teacher training with yogacampus and many additional courses including yoga for palliative care, yoga nidra (guided meditation). I thank all my yoga teachers that I have practiced and trained with in particular Nova Milesko (vinyasa yoga), Susanne Lahusen (somatic yoga) and Hamish Hendry/ Louise Newton (classic Ashtanga yoga shala).
